The ISS Loyalty Card scheme is operated by ISS Limited, trading as ISS Ltd, ISS House, Genesis Business Park, Albert Drive, Woking, Surrey, GU21 5RW, Registered Number 01659837 (“ISS Ltd” or “we”).
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the ISS Loyalty Card (the “Card”) for the collection and redemption of loyalty points at various UK catering, retail and leisure outlets run by ISS Ltd (each a “participating outlet”).
Use of the Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The ISS Loyalty Card scheme is operated by ISS Mediclean Limited, trading as ISS Healthcare, ISS House, Genesis Business Park, Albert Drive, Woking, Surrey, GU21 5RW, Registered Number 01659837 (“ISS Mediclean Ltd” or “we”)
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the ISS Loyalty Card (the “Card”) for the collection and redemption of loyalty points at various UK Healthcare catering, retail and leisure outlets run by ISS Mediclean Ltd (each a “participating outlet”). (Details of participating outlets can be found on the Loyalty Card website set out below.)
Use of the Card will constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.

1. Getting your ISS Cashless & Loyalty Card
Applicants must reside in the UK and be aged 16 or over.
Employees of ISS Mediclean Ltd, its associated companies, dealers, agents, contractors and subcontractors and their relatives may hold a card but can only use it to collect points on personal purchases.
The Card is free of charge and can be obtained at any participating outlet. It is not a credit or charge card and remains the property of ISS Mediclean Ltd.

2. Registering your Card
You will need to register your card by completing the application form at www.ISSloyaltycard.co.uk or, if you do not have access to a computer, please contact us at the address at the bottom of these Terms and Conditions. By registering your card this will create your “Loyalty Account”.
The Card does not need to be registered prior to use, but any points obtained prior to registration cannot be redeemed until the Card is registered.
You are entitled to a maximum of three Cards on your Loyalty Account.

3. Cancelling your Card
You may cancel your Card at any time but if you do so, you will forfeit the right to any points that have accumulated on the Card that have not been used. We may ask you to return the Card or to destroy it in accordance with our instructions.
If there is a balance left in the cashless purse of £5 or more you can apply for refund by emailing iss.loyaltycard@uk.issworld.com, otherwise the balance in the cashless purse will be forfeited.
A Card that remains unused for 24 months will be removed from the system and all accrued points removed with it.
We will not exchange accrued points for cash.
We reserve the right to reject any Cards which have become unreadable and also to refuse to redeem any points which have been acquired by theft, fraud or any other means which are not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions, and the Terms and Conditions of any applicable promotion.

4. Lost or Stolen Cards
The Card must not be sold or traded in any way.
The Card is your (the Cardholder’s) responsibility whilst it is in your possession. We cannot be held responsible for unauthorised use of the Card or for any points lost as a result of failure by you to keep the Card safe. Photocopies of Cards will not be accepted.
It is the Cardholders responsibility to mark their card as lost or stolen on the Loyalty Card Website, alternatively this can be done via the helpdesk (see contact details at the end of the T&Cs). ISS will not be liable for any loss of points.

5. Spending your Loyalty points
Loyalty points can be accrued and redeemed against all purchases that are not excluded and are made in participating outlets. Limited items are excluded by reason of public policy or legal regulations and details of these excluded items can be made available upon request.
Points are only applicable on actual spend, after any applicable discounts.
Currently, this scheme can only facilitate for points to be earned at the time of purchase, provided the Card is presented at the point of sale.
If the loyalty machine is not working you will be unable to earn or redeem points, we will not be responsible for any loss suffered by you in such circumstances particularly if you are unable (in these circumstances) to redeem points against your current transaction.
If you forget your Card we cannot add points to your Card at a later date.
Points will accrue on the entire transaction (provided no excluded items are being purchased).
Points can only be collected against purchases where a till and card reader is present.
You can check how many points you have and also redeem points at any participating outlet by presenting your Card to a reader. You can also check the number of loyalty points you have collected on-line by visiting: www.ISSloyaltycard.co.uk.
A Card can hold an unlimited number of loyalty points.
You will only be able to redeem your loyalty points against future purchases made in participating outlets, each point has a redemption value of one pence Sterling. The number of points used will be deducted from your Card.
When using your points to make a part or full payment, all available points must be redeemed against the purchase.
If you disagree with the number of points on your Card you can provide receipts as proof of purchase to back up any claim. If we are satisfied with your proof of purchase evidence we will charge the outstanding points to your Card to reflect the correct position.

6. Cashless Purse
The ISS Cashless & Loyalty Card contains a cashless purse which can be “topped-up” with funds by the use of a credit/debit card through the ISS Loyalty Card website.
You can enable auto top-up of your card by saving your card details on the website and selecting the auto top-up function. Enabling this option will automatically add funds (up to a predefined balance) to your cashless purse, should your purse balance fall below a predefined balance.
At no point are your full credit/debit card details available to ISS Mediclean Ltd, its staff, or any 3rd party vendors.

7. General
ISS Mediclean Ltd can cancel or withdraw the Card and/or the scheme for any reason at any time on prior written notice to you. We can also change these Terms and Conditions. In both instances, we will endeavour to provide you with as much written notice as we can.

8. Your data protection rights
We will use or authorise the use of your information for the following purposes:
+ to process your registration;
+ to respond to your queries or requests;
+ to administer your account and otherwise to undertake any of our obligations to you;
+ to analyse your purchase history; and,
+ only where your prior consent has been obtained, to send you details of products or services which may be of interest to you.
In addition, in order to provide you with your Card as well as other associated services, it may be necessary for your information to be passed to a third party that will assist ISS Mediclean Ltd in providing such services to you. If we do this, we will ensure that anyone to whom we pass your information treats your information with the same level of protection as would be provided by ISS Mediclean Ltd.
It is your responsibility to advise ISS Mediclean Ltd of a change to your personal details.
We control the personal data collected about you in relation to the Card. As part of your application, you will be asked to provide various personal data including your name, email address and mobile phone number. You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal data we hold about you subject to the payment of a fee and adequate proof of identity. We will provide you with such details within 40 days of your request. You also have the right to require us to correct any inaccuracies in your information. Any queries regarding personal data we hold relating to you and, additionally, any requests for copies or rectification of such data should be sent in writing to the address below.
We shall not be responsible or held liable for any default or event arising directly or indirectly from a cause or event beyond our control, such as strikes, lockouts or other industrial disputes (whether involving the workforce of ISS Mediclean Ltd or any other person) failure of a utility service or transport network, act of God, war, riot, civil commotion, terrorism, malicious damage, compliance with any law or governmental order, rule, regulation or direction, accident, breakdown of plant or machinery, pandemic, fire, flood, storm, or tsunami.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall be found by any court or administrative body of competent jurisdiction to be invalid or unenforceable, such invalidity or unenforceability shall not affect the other provisions of these Terms and Conditions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
We may transfer the benefits of these Terms and Conditions to a company in the same group as ISS Mediclean Ltd and if we do so, your rights will not be affected in any way.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
